A WW1 1914/15 Star Medal Trio awarded to 13874 Pte G. Hutchinson, 8th Battalion York & Lancster Regiment.

Gilbert Hutchinson joined the ranks of the York and Lancaster Regiment, serving with the 8th Battalion on the Western Front from the 27th August 1915. At some point he transfered to the 12th, 16th and 17th Battalions The Notts & Derby Regiment (72591) and the the Army Ordnance Corps (027215).

Pte Hutchinson survived the War and was transfered to the Reserves on the 3rd March 1919.

The medals are mounted for display on original ribbons, sold with copy Medal Index Card and both medal rolls, and are as follows -
