Payment, Shipping & Returns
1. Payments can be made online or via post (cheque, P.O) - please ask if you require any additional details that are not covered in this section.
2. Overseas clients must ask about any payment / bank charges prior to purchasing.
3. We accept most credit / debit cards. If paying using a credit card for your first order then this order has be delivered to the address which the payment card is registered.
4. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Payments to be sent on confirmation of order. Where possible, we aim to post same day. Please notify us if you have any specific postal requirements or collection.
5. Postage will be charged on all orders: (UK) postage is dependent on weight and is from £9.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Insured up to £750 or from £17.95 insured up to £2,500. And from £6.00 ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For’ (buyers own risk) - Please enquire about details.
7. Any item may be returned within 7 days of purchase if not satisfied, 21 days if overseas (please contact us for return shipping instructions) all prices are inclusive of V.A.T. where applicable.
8. All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated. Any items subsequently proven to be fake, renamed or not entitled to bars / clasps may be returned and the purchase price will be refunded, along with the postage, within the first year of purchase.
9. Individual medals, groups or collections purchased - absolute discretion assured.
